What time is checkin / checkout

Checkin is 3pm.
Checkout is 11am.
We can provide a late checkout or early checkin upon request and pending availability.


Is Linen provided ?

Yes, all linen is included with your stay.
2 towels are also provided for your convenience.

All you need to worry about is yourself and your outfits.


Where is Elouera?

Elouera is located an 8 min drive from Mudgee town.

How long have you been in business?

We have been operating since late 2012.

Since then, we have had many guests come to enjoy the beautifull views and experience Elouera offers.

Insurance

Do I need special insurance?

You will be covered under Eloueras insurance policy at the property, however we recommend you take out additional Travel Insurance to cover any unforseen problems leading up to your stay.
We do not refund costs if you experience problems during your travels or have unforseen travel delays, which is why we recommend additional Insurance.


Do you require Bond ?

Yes, Elouera requires an online Conditional Bond form be filled out prior to your stay. We cannot issue the PIN to access the property without a completed Conditional Bond form.
We pre-authorise your Credit Card via Stripe, if the property requires additional cleaning or has damage, we will contact you before charging your credit card for the amount required.
Bond amount is:
Elouera Homestead and Carriage: $1,000


Payment

Is there a cleaning fee?

We include the cleaning fee into the booking costs so you don’t have any extra charges. There is a conditional bond form that is required in case the property has additional cleaning required after your stay.


When is full payment due?

Full payment is required to secure your booking within 5 days of your confirmation to stay.
Please note, we do not accept deposits for bookings.

Requirements

What should I bring?

All linen & towels are provided. All you need to bring is food / wine to enjoy your stay. Full cooking facilities are available in the kitchen.

How do I redeem a voucher ?

If you have a voucher, please email us at relax@aweekendaway.com.au stating the voucher Reference # and we will help you with your booking request.
